My client, a Top-tier French luxury brand, is looking for a Wholesale Executive to join their team.

The right candidate should have at least 3-year experience in merchandising, ideally in fashion. He/She should have wholesale exposure in China & APAC and able to establish a positive relationship with customers. Key responsibilities: 

• Coordination with VM team (their visits and activities)
• Processing & follow up of orders as well as coordinating with CS team
  
• Communicate & update clients on the seasonal price lists 
• Support the Wholesale Manager & team during the regular internal budget sessions. 
• Support the Wholesale Manager & team during the buying season
• Coordinate all orders for packaging, uniforms & VM props
• Manage quality claim & returns 

Candidate requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in merchandising, ideally in fashion industry
• Excellent proficiency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge in SAP would be a plus
• Exposure in China & APAC ideally
• Analytical & detail-oriented
