Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle hotline calls, update system on status of enquiries
- Issue jobs in system
- Follow up status of repair and other enquiries of customers
- Perform other administrative duties as and when required by the company
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with 2 years’ working experience on customer service especially on handling hotline for consumer products, and home appliances is an advantage
- Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency on MS Office application including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available is preferred
