Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support as part of the sales team to ensure the smooth, efficient and accurate preparation for sales related document
- Handle import and export shipping and insurance claim document
- Prepare monthly sales reports, meeting minutes and daliy correspondence
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- With 1 year's relevant experience in sales administration
- Knowledge of PC including MS Office and Chinese word-processing
- Analytical, reponsible, positive and eager to learn
- Good command of spoken and writen English and Chinese
