Project Merchandiser –Toys / Quality Assurance Assistant – Toys 

Project Merchandiser –Toys

 Responsibilities:

• Communicate with headquarter in product development stage
• Provide technical support from concept stage to production stage
• Develop ranges within budget requirements for product profitability
• Coordinate the work among departments during development stage to production stage
• Maintain Mechanical Design Library and CAD Database, as controlled documentation
• Monitor the development progress till the product is released to production on time
• Create documentation for the smooth development of the product cycle

 Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, Degree holder preferred
•  At least 5 years working experience in toys trading or manufacturing industry
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects, partners and priorities independently
• Well versed in plastic material and molding
• Strong technical skill with experience in costing and tooling
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Energetic and proactive individual
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to travel and stay in China, when necessary

Quality Assurance Assistant – Toys

 Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the work among departments to ensure products are tested and approved according to quality standard
• Assist on and Maintain that full factory audit and approval on potential suppliers is carried out according to company policy with corrective action plan
• Perform the Product Evaluation of the existing / new product
• Prepare technical documents, Inspection procedure and qualification plans
• Works with 3rd party laboratories on risk assessment especially for new requirements
• Communicates with 3rd party laboratories to ensure product safety certificate available on time

 Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, Degree holder in engineering preferred.
• At least 1 year working experience in quality control and assurance, preferable in Toys or Seasonal gift sector.
• Knowledge in US and EU toys safety and compliance standard respectively COC requirements, such as ICTI, GSV, C-TPAT, WCA
• Solid Experience in supplier audit and qualification process
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
• Energetic and proactive individual
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to travel and stay in China, when necessary
