Responsibilities:

• Provide professional legal advice, services and support to the group on legal, regulatory and compliance matters
• Draft and finalize corporate and commercial agreements, customer agreements and other operational documents
• Advise on corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, financings & facilities management, as well as business development initiatives
• Support the business to manage risk and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and procedures
• Liaise with senior executives and manage external advisors and working partners
• Organize and prepare board resolutions and draft minutes for Board Meetings as required, e.g. company registration and HR matters

Requirements:

• University/graduate degree in law
• Must be a qualified lawyer
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in the legal sector.  In-house counsel experience advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. 
• Strong legal and business sense with excellent interpersonal, presentation, coordination, planning & organizing skills.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Mature, pro-active, independent, meticulous, flexible and able to work well under pressure
• Located in Hong Kong
