The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the Demand Planning, logistics, customer service, warehousing and distribution functions of Pacsafe & Dropsafe. The scope encompasses demand planning, forecasting and all aspects of logistics including all import and export shipments from factory locations and distribution centers in Asia, replenishment for Hong Kong retail and warehousing. The role ascertains supply chain best practices and identifies opportunities from the marketplace to drive customer satisfaction. The role also serves as a liaison between internal and external partners for daily operational activities.  Essentially, you will:-

• Lead and manage the team to ensure their primary operation goals are achieved with excellent internal and external customer experience.  
• Bridge the communications between the Supply Chain team with other internal Departments as well as external customer.  Key to success would be ability to translate customer needs to actionable plans.  
• Lead the team to execute and support the Company's strategic initiatives.  
• Oversee the development of related SOP, monitor operations and ensure team compliance.
• Lead the continuous improvement of business processes, including exploring cost saving opportunities by using relevant statistical modelling and optimizing processes.
• Lead the negotiation of best terms and service from 3PL service provider(s).
• Keep current on regulatory changes both domestic and international; such as carrier practices, tariff regulations, governmental regulations/law, import/export law, policies, procedures; interpret and advise management of impact to the company’s business.  
• Prepare to be hands-on whenever needed.  
• Coordinate with other departments to drive supply chain projects, meet project objectives for the region, tackle challenges proactively and provide constructive recommendation for improvements.

The ideal candidate for the role shall possess:

• 8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and Management role with hands-on experience in demand forecast, performance metrics development and up-to-date logistics knowledge; 
• 5 years of solid people management experience, with proven track record in coaching; 
• International experience is required; 
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English are essential; 
• Strong analytical skills, organized and skilled at problem solving; 
• Good team player
