Responsibilities:

• Assist Company Secretarial Department for updating the corporate records and filing the statutory documents with the Companies Registry and other related government authorities;

• Handle ad-hoc company secretarial, accounting and administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma (IVE) in Business or related subjects;
• Associate member or student member of HKICS and ICSA;
• At least 3 years’ solid experience of which 1 year gained in a sizeable firm;
• Sound knowledge in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance;
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Accurate at figures, able to handle task independently, initiative, and detail-oriented;
• Self-motivated and efficient with sense of responsibilities;
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure;
• Immediate available preferred
