We are currently looking for a Principal (6+ years of experience) with a background in energy, utilities or engineering to start with the new operation in Hong Kong.

The role will be the first leader siting besides Greater China CEO, taking care of the whole energy practice. With a strong backup from headquarter, we are expecting this Principal could help us build up the team framework as well as the business pipeline.

Main Skills we are looking for:

• Technical skills: comprehension of markets, international vision, in-depth knowledge of subjects mentioned, technical and/or economic expertise
• Functional skills: capacity for synthesis, leadership, developed business sense, intellectual honesty and rigor, curiosity, open mindedness, empathy and team spirit.

Preferred Background:

• 5 years+ working experience with minimum 6 years in consulting field, ideally strategy consulting. By saying this, operation/management/IT consulting may be less preferred
• Experience in top tier strategy firm and willing to join a passionate team and start the business from scratch in APAC.
• Languages: English is a must, Mandarin/Cantonese/Japanese/Korean will be a bonus
