Responsibilities: 

• Extract, manipulate and analyze data related to the Company’s business from various database
• Assist sales professions generating timely and accurate sales reports on regular basis
• Conduct analysis on individual sales performance and prepare sales performance report for sales management review
• Assist sales management in analyzing and reporting on sales performance in relation to Budget/Forecast/prior years with insights to develop strategic and optimization recommendations.
• Generate ad hoc report and perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in business, marketing, research or related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience and experience in marketing and sales analysis preferred
• Preferences will be given to those with hands-on experience in developing reports and plans in a large and dynamic sales environment
• Strong analytical & numeric skills, Good planning & organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
