SourceCo act as a trading hub between all third-party supplier and the Sales Subsidiaries within PUMA Group, managing the global order and invoice flow. Working in SourceCo Solutions team, you will be a business expert to drive, to manage & to implement strategic initiatives and process improvement project to enhance business process efficiency

 

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Scope, plan and manage projects according to given deadlines and within budget;
• Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle;
• Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver a project according to plan;
• Support the SourceCo Solutions team across various projects;
• Drive business process reengineering and improvement initiatives from concept to implementation;
• Conduct business requirements and process analysis;
• Map processes, design process improvements;
• Compile analyses, evaluations and presentations for management review;
• Provide ad-hoc support to the Head of SourceCo Solutions.

Things you should bring along / Qualifications:

• 4 year experience in management consulting, strategy or supply chain management departments;
• Completed bachelor degree in economics, business administration or supply chain management;
• Above-average academic achievements;
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English;
• Strong business analysis and project management skills;
• Structured and self-dependent work approach;
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
• Great passion for sports, fashion and lifestyle.
