Responsibilities:-

• Supervise Property/Estate management functions on the Corporation’s land and premises
• Visit the factories of grantees to ensure compliance of lease
• Liaise and negotiate with grantees on lease management issues
• Handle requests and complaints from tenants, grantees and the public
• Assist in takeover/handover of premises and fitting out works
• Procure and supervise minor repairs and maintenance work
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:-

• Form 5 or above with Certificate or Diploma in Property/Estate Management
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in Property/Estate Management
• Experience in managing industrial properties and handover of premises to individual owners is highly preferred
• Familiar with leasing procedures will be an advantage
• Holder of a valid driving license (No. 1)
• Holder of valid security personal permit is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
