Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall property management functions of a mixed portfolio properties, including handling Small Claims Tribunal cases, receiving telephone inquiries / complaints
- Coordinating with contractors and carrying out administrative / clerical duties of the Head Office.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated in Estate Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience preferably in a sizable corporation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detailed-minded, well organized and capable to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferable
