Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall property management functions of a mixed portfolio properties, including handling Small Claims Tribunal cases, receiving telephone inquiries / complaints
• Coordinating with contractors and carrying out administrative / clerical duties of the Head Office.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

  Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Estate Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience preferably in a sizable corporation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detailed-minded, well organized and capable to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferable
