• Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management
• Presentable, independent, with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
• Strong leadership, outgoing, sociable and presentable.
• Well versed in Facility Management is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
