Job Description: 

• Conduct public policy research as assigned by the LegCo Member 
• Draft speeches and essays of different policy areas for LegCo meetings
• To communicate with different organisations/ government officials/ NGOs/ shareholders on LegCo affairs

Requirements:

• University graduate - Transport Systems Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Urban Planning/ Social Sciences/ Engineering graduates preferred
• One to two years work experience preferred but not a must
• Fluency in Chinese writing is a must
• Skills with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other designing software desirable 
• Strong communication and analytical skills 
• Responsible and reliable
