Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maximize sales opportunities and contribute to growth of sales.
• Participate and offer support in case of inventory counts, window display change, or similar activities.
• Assist store manager to effectively execute daily sales and operations duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in luxury brand (preferably in Menswear).
• A good team-player with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, pro-active, customer service oriented and strong sense of responsibility.
• Sales driven and goal-oriented
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
