They are looking for frontline sales professionals to join their retail team as Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager based in their stores in IFC/ Harbour City/Airport.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and inspire long-term relationship with customers;
• Achieve store target and contribute to the growth of sales;
• Assist in store daily operation and sales activities;
• Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge;
• Educate or assist customers on set up and carry out occasional installations.

Requirements:

• 3 - 10 years of luxury retail sales experience;
• Energetic and self-initiated team player;
• Sales driven with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Passionate in music/audio industry is an advantage;
• Native in Chinese and conversant in English.
