Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with prospects on regular basis to achieve sales target over the phone.
• Understand the needs of the customers
• Provide necessary advices or taking prompt actions to meet the needs of customers
• Assist in customer service and lunch date arrangements for clients
• Handling customers' telephone and billing queries and cross-selling company products / services via calls
• Cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer’s request efficiently
• Perform other ad hoc as assigned

Requirements:

• Good communication in spoken & written Chinese & English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specializing in Call Centre/Tele-marketing/Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Associates from hospitality line such as telecommunication or from hotel line are welcomed to apply
