Job Descriptions:

• Oversee the Hong Kong office whole operations and business development
• Manage and lead the operation of logistics/warehouse team on logistics, warehousing and inventory control
• Lead the HK team as a bridge between Hong Kong re-sellers, producers and different countries customers including Russian, Asian, and Turkish, etc.
• Develop effective strategic plans including logistics distribution networks, warehouse, procurement, global supply planning, quality assurance, research and development and production operations, etc
• Maximize opportunities in logistics efficiency, sustainability, cost control, quality and supply chain management
• Responsible for customer alignment and overall control and management of Hong Kong Operations to meet the set company expectation and customers’ requirements
• Enforce and review policies, guidelines and procedures for continuous improvement on overall logistics process
• Provide regular reports for Parent Company management review and provide solutions for identified issues
• Review and monitor the performance of services providers on agreed requirements to ensure the provision of excellent logistics services to our local business operations

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good command of Russian and Turkish is preferable
• Minimum 3 years solid working experience in the managerial level in the Logistics Field/Warehouse Operation is a MUST
• Experience in handling Turkish, Russia, and Asian clients is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of business environment in logistic field is important
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain management, distribution methods, global transportation services and inventory management
• Familiar with air freight/ ocean freight import, export documents and procedures
• Aggressive to develop new business opportunity
• Strong innovative, independent and management skills
• Strong leadership, strong business acumen & analytical skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure, independently and result-oriented;
• Proficiency in PC Skills
