Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries and complaints;
• Provide professional quality customer services via handling inbound and outbound calls;
• Prepare customer service related reports;

 Requirements:

• Post-secondary graduates;
• 1 year relevant experience from retail, hotel or airline industries would be an advantage;
• Detail-minded, positive and proactive working attitude, with strong customer service mindset;
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Strong numerical & computer skills;
• Proficient in Chinese word processing;
• Shift duty is required (8.5 working hours per day).
