Brazilian headquartered consumer products is seeking for the position of Managing Director to join their expanding company in Hong Kong Office. The position will report to the CEO and be responsible to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company.

Resposibilities :

• Develop the overall business strategies and plans for the organisation in order to attain the goal of the board and shareholders.
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
• Oversee the business P&L, sales and marketing function and other business activities to ensure the desired results is achieved and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Take decisions to advance the business and increase profits of the Company.
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
• Build trust relations with key partners and customers all around Asia and Middle East.
• Analyze problematic situations in order to provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the Company.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as high level of Sales/Marketing positions in consumer products.
• Extensive experience in sales and marketing operation.
• Experience in developing profitable business strategies and implementing both long and short term vision.
• An enterpreneurial, aggressive, mindset with outstanding organizational and leader-ship skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skill.
• Bachelor degree is required.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory in order to communicate with the Head Office.
