Responsibilities:

• Handling and follow up sales and customers' enquiries
• Respoisible for goods delivery and shipment arrangement
• Take care of customers' claims and returns on a timely and professional manner
• Generate and analysis reports for service monitoring and improvement
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure the quality of service
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business or Supply Chain & Logistics Management related discipline
• At least 3 years' related experience in customer services preferably in wholesales or export business of FMCG
• Mature, diplomatic, independent and well-organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player
• Strong computer skills in MS Office . Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Occasional travel overseas (including China) is required
• Immediately available is preferred. Fresh graduate will not be considered
