My client is a leading French luxury brand with a successful and growing business worldwide. They are looking for Sales Associate who is dynamic, ambitious and enthusiastic to join them at their Causeway Bay store.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing the best customer service at all times to maximise store sales and revenue
• Retrieve customer information and build customer database
• Carry out any additional responsibilities on an ad hoc basis, according to store management
• Maintaining the best visual standards in store

Candidate requirements:

• Experience within a similar role, preferably within the premium/luxury industry
• A passion for the luxury industry and brands
• A fun, open and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as working as part of a team
• Fluent English and Mandarin is essential

The ideal candidate for this position MUST have thorough experience of working within a luxury environment, driving sales and building customer loyalty.
