Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Retail outlet support and sales order processing.
• Coordinate for after sales service, customers’ enquiries and retail shop coordination.
• Provide analytical support of retail and sales performance
• Liaise with logistic department on the delivery arrangement & inventory control
• Prepare and participate in the retail and wholesale events
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience is preferred in retail and wholesale
• Good communication skills with team and customers
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
