Job Description:

• Answer customers enquiries through email and phone
• Handle maintenance requests and assigne workers to clients office
• Keep on eyes the tickets status and update clients timely
• Prepare quotation, issue invoice and delivery note though SAP system
• Communicate and coordinate with internal department, such as Technical, Sales, Supply Chain, etc
• Any ad hoc project as assigned

Job Requirment:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 - 2 customer services experiences, related experiences in Audio/Visual will be an advantages
• Responsible, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
