Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop key customers’ plan and strategy to achieve targeted sales, distribution and visibility.
- Implement promotion plan and launch program based on marketing plan
- Review business performance with key account clients to identify risk and opportunity and propose plan to maximize the sales return
- Conduct business analysis and promotion evaluation
- Assist in trading term negotiation
- Coordinate sales activity and maintain excellent customer relationship at all levels.
- Work closely with marketing on all point of purchase activations Plan & control relevant trade spending and sales forecasting.
Requirements:
- University Graduate in Marketing / Business studies or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of Sales / Key Account management experience in chain store / supermarket / Mannings, which gained from multinational FMCG company will be a definite advantage
- Possess a good people management skill with key accounts' buying teams
- Analytical, Self-motivated, Enthusiastic, Committed and Passionate
- Strong negotiation and presentation skill
- Good command in Cantonese and English
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
