Responsibilities:

• Develop key customers’ plan and strategy to achieve targeted sales, distribution and visibility.
• Implement promotion plan and launch program based on marketing plan
• Review business performance with key account clients to identify risk and opportunity and propose plan to maximize the sales return
• Conduct business analysis and promotion evaluation
• Assist in trading term negotiation
• Coordinate sales activity and maintain excellent customer relationship at all levels.
• Work closely with marketing on all point of purchase activations Plan & control relevant trade spending and sales forecasting.

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Marketing / Business studies or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of Sales / Key Account management experience in chain store / supermarket / Mannings, which gained from multinational FMCG company will be a definite advantage
• Possess a good people management skill with key accounts' buying teams
• Analytical, Self-motivated, Enthusiastic, Committed and Passionate
• Strong negotiation and presentation skill
• Good command in Cantonese and English

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
