What will you do…

• Delivers service and support in response to Hindi/English inquiries, requests and concerns using phone, email, chat and social media.
• Ensuring that our Indian customers receive exceptional care from start-to-finish.

Requirements

• Hindi mother tongue or high level of speaking is a must
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal & writing)
• Able to work in Hong Kong with valid visa
• Service-oriented mind
• Detail-oriented
• Multi-tasker and quick learner
• Fresh Graduate is also welcomed
• 1~3 years of Relevant experience will be a plus
