Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales executive to formulate and implement sales strategy and achieve sales targets for local market and duty free market
• Propose, design and implement promotion programs with marketing team members
• Develop and evaluate potential wholesalers
• Monitor and observe the wholesalers’ performance on sell out and inventory
• Manage replenishment order for key accounts to ensure right assortment is kept in POS
• Keep abreast of market practice and strategy
• Prepare monthly sales and sales forecast reports and provide product training on new products
