Role & Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you will lead a team of Business Development professionals
• Responsible for growing business volume rapidly by building and growing a vibrant global OKLink network
• Drive business strategy for certain regions and/or industry verticals for OKLink platform
• Lead and mentor the BD team to drive country specific business development
• Provide timely feedback from partners to product, engineering and marketing team

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a business development manager with at least 2 years as a team leader.
• Proven track record in driving business volume and achieving revenue target goal in a sales or BD role.
• Strong understanding of either Blockchain, remittance, or payment (online/mobile) preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience in cross-border business, e-commerce, international trade will be a big bonus
• Native fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Definitely plus with fluency in Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Thai, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Indonesian) or other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, French).
• Can travel up to 25% within Asia or outside Asia for business trips.
• Minimum bachelor in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.  MBA degree preferred.
• Lastly, can work in ambiguous and fast-paced environment without losing strong sense of humor.
