Job Description
Working Location: Discovery Bay, Lantau Island
Position Description:
- Report to the Executive Assistant Manager, the Director of Sales is responsible for all aspects of room sales and achieving business objectives and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute sales action plans, lead all sales activities from a strategic perspective, increasing sales leads and profit targets.
- Oversee the day to day sales efforts of the sales department to identify and generate potential business.
- Grow and maintain a loyal customer base and securing new accounts.
- Cultivate, enhance and leverage business relationships to elevate hotel and market share awareness and drive business.
- Maintain highest guest satisfaction and relationship.
Requirements:
- University graduate in sales, business development or other relevant business field.
- Minimum of 5 years room sales working experience in the local hospitality industry.
- Strong professional relationships within the industry.
- Able to lead and direct a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proactive, initiative, analytical and decision making.
