Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day phone / email enquiries and complaints from customers
• Deliver quality customer services and advices to customers
• Liaise with internal departments to solve customers' problems and requests
• Build up and maintain good relationship with corporate accounts and customers
• Prepare reports on regular basis, system updates and analysis
• Provide clerical support to administration department

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above, with minimum 1-2 years’ customer services experience is preferable
• Positive, pleasant personality, able to work under pressure and independently
• Multi-tasking, well organized and detail oriented
• Strong problem solving skills to tackle ad-hoc issue or complaints
• Excellent command in both Written and spoken English is a must
