Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting sales activities, customer service and project co-ordination
- Follow up and manage company account, prepare quotation and maintenance contract.
- To assist the sales orders and delivery arrangement of sales team.
- Client liaison, coordination with internal teams and outside vendors, and on site management for the duration of projects and post-sales support.
- Enhance project operation efficiency and account servicing quality
- Coordinate the end-to-end project delivery life-cycles for multiple projects.
- Customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or project support; experience in Networks or Telecom sector is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Mature, work independently and self-motivated
- Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin: reading & writing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
