Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting sales activities, customer service and project co-ordination
  • Follow up and manage company account, prepare quotation and maintenance contract.
  • To assist the sales orders and delivery arrangement of sales team.
  • Client liaison, coordination with internal teams and outside vendors, and on site management for the duration of projects and post-sales support.
  • Enhance project operation efficiency and account servicing quality
  • Coordinate the end-to-end project delivery life-cycles for multiple projects.
  • Customer relationship management

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or project support; experience in Networks or Telecom sector is preferred.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, work independently and self-motivated
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin: reading & writing
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
