Job Description

Salary offered:  HK$ 12,000 – 13,000 

 

Duties:

Call handling including logging, provide technical support/answer clients enquiries, liaison with service partners & other administrative task assigned by his/her supervisor.

 

Requirement :

Having computer knowledge

  1. Better communication skill for answering customer query ( software operational support, training will be provided locally )
  2. Mainly stay in DN call centre and rare chance to go out for service call
  3. Immediate available 

 

Working Hours :  50 hours per week on shift basis (Day Shift only)

 

Working Location :  Kwai Chung
