Tasks & Responsibilities

• Deal directly with existing and new customers by phone and mail
• Processing servicing enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Provide effective solutions and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain exceptional service levels with all clients
• Support new business with on-boarding new clients

Requirements

• Strong communication skills. Proficient Cantonese, English and excellent Mandarin
• Great problem solving, negotiation and resolution skills
• Well organised, self-starter and team player;
• Self-motivated with a positive outgoing attitude
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office
• Interest in music and lifestyle is highly desirable
