Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Helpdesk Operation Team in providing daily IT Helpdesk Service Support to customer;
• Prepare service related reports and documentations such as work instructions, training guides and summary report etc;
• Focus on end user’s or customer’s needs;
• Ability to set examples and understand customers' behavior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer Science or related disciplines;
• 3 years or above solid experience in Help desk operations support;
• 2 year or above supervisory experience, ability to supervise a small team (3-5) of technical resources;
• Experience in ITIL Service management will be an advantage;
• Process good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with people at all level;
• Good Computer and Hardware knowledge will be an advantage;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Good Command in Mandarin.
