Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ administration experience, experience in "Food Labelling Requirements" is an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Preferably with relevant experience in shipping / I/E experiences
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Accounting program;
  • Good spoken English is preferred for this position

 Responsibilities:

  • Manages daily customer orders and handles phone inquiries
  • Maintain files and customers’ records
  • Work under direction of the Production Manager 
  • Prepare Purchase Orders
  • Liaise orders with logistic team
  • Handles customer service duties and other ad-hoc assignment as required
