 Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming enquires across all business channels
• Resolve a customer complaints in a smooth and professional manner
• Communicate with end customers for handling product enquiries
• Handle clerical duties including data entry, order processing and filing
• Any ad-hoc project and other duties assigned by the management
• Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure that the service met their needs

 Requirements:

• Undergraduate students in Marketing / Communication /  Ecommerce or related discipline preferred;
• HKDSE/HKCEE holder or above
• Experience in customer service is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Good telephone manner and service attitude
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Able to work 2-3 days per week for part time
