Job descriptions and responsibilities

• Contact and qualify potential customers by making phone calls and personal visits base on data provided by the company
• Properly present the company's service to customer and secure sales order
• Provide necessary info to engineering team to perform installation
• Follow up sales enquiries and customer issues on a timely basis
• Actively explore new sales opportunities and achieve sales target assigned by management
• Perform product demonstration and clear explanation of the functions and features of the company's service
• Perform basic site survey and check-list to facilitate quick installation of hardware and backend system implementation by engineering team

Job requirements

• Completed higher education with 3+ years of work experiencer or lower education but with more years of sales experience of IT, POS or related products to restaurants, bars or retail customers
• At least 3 years sales experience of IT, POS or related product to restaurants, bars and coffee shops is an advantage
• Knowledge in networking equipment and/or Wi-Fi solution is preferred
• Knowledge in using Facebook and WeChat for marketing is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to capture customers' requirement and provide creative solutions to cater customer needs
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Willing to work outside normal office hours in evenings
• Willing to make cold-calls by visiting potential resaurants and bars on a daily basis
