Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities by identifying new accounts for the team
• Handle customer inquiries from different incoming channels e.g. email, skype, QQ, etc. and manage their needs by providing relevant information support in both technical and non-technical perspective.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.
• Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services to customers.
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Support translation tasks from English to Simplified Chinese.
• Ability to foster strong relationship with clients
• Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned by team leader

Requirements

A. Basic Qualification

• College Degree plus
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Simplified Chinese). Good command of Japanese is preferred but not a must
• Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
• Stable, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Mature and with strong sense of responsibility
• Details-minded and well organized
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player
• Familiar with MS Office applications and ERP systems

B.  Preferred Qualification

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing or account management within Bank industry is preferred
• Good Banking knowledge will be ideal
