We are now undertaking the supporting services for an E-commerce website business (dietary supplements) which is continuously expanding in Japan.

To cope with our rapid expansion and development, we are now looking for high calibre candidates to join our team.

Job Duties:

• •Receiving orders from Japanese customers by phone
• •Simple data entry
• •Basic working hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Requirements:

• •Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese is a MUST. Familiar with honorifics is an advantage
• •Computer literate in Microsoft Excel (Japanese word processing)
• •Willing to talk with others
• •Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
