Job Description
Responsiblities
* Daily bill processing ensuring bills are processed efficiently, accurately and to deadline.
* Preparation of draft bills in line with the company's billing procedures.
* Preparation and posting of complex interim and final bills.
* Maintaining billing records.
* File closures and write offs.
* Review and control of disbursement and balances.
* Regular meetings and interaction with the Billing Supervisor to report on revenue control and billing issues.
* Regular meetings with partners and senior lawyers regarding WIP ledger review and billing.
* Responding to clients' and lawyers' enquiries and requests on billing matters.
* Preparation of regular and ad-hoc billing analysis and reports.
* Following up with partners and lawyers regarding billing status and issues.

Requirements
* Tertiary education
* Prior experience in billing and professional services firm is preferable
* Knowledge of PRC indirect tax would be an advantage
* Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and MS Word
* Good analytical mind, positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility and work ethic
* Excellent verbal and written English communications skills and required proficiency in verbal and written Chinese/Cantonese. Mandarin proficiency is desirable
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management
* Ability to handle multiple priorities, duties and internal and external clients
* Ability to quickly learn new processes and in house systems
