Responsiblity:

• Capable of managing a local sales team
• Lead and motivate local sales team to meet Company’s targets & budget
• Develop strategic and execution plan, and sales budget for local sales team
• Ensure customers services satisfaction and good client relationship
• Deliver appropriate solution and proposal to customers
• Work in close relationship with our strategic Business Development Managers (Routes and Products)
• Recruit, train, coach & lead the local sales force
• Organize and coordinate main RFQ’s and replies when assigned
• Participate in new products development, and organize their launch /campaign
• Build customer loyalty and maintain existing client base
• Develop portfolio by scoring new clients and traffics
• Organize local competition and market research and benchmarking

Requirement:

• University graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in freight forwarding industries
• At least 4 years’ experience in leading & managing team in a similar sized company
• Familiar with worldwide market
• Excellent communication skills to overseas and customers
• Good leadership and management skill
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent of written and spoken English and good Mandarin
