Job Duties:

• Coordinate and arrange shipment schedule with various parties.
• Handle full set of I/E documents, L/C banking document for US market independently.
• Handle shipment schedule, booking, customer requirements and coordinate with factory on shipping documents.
• Monitor all shipments in transit and alert needed parties in case of any problems.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of shipping experience & familiar with U.S. market.
• Strong analytical thinking, reliability, problem solving & work independently.
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Daily travel to Shenzhen Office (Located at SZ Shangri-La Hotal G/F just 5 mins walk from LoWu border)
• Follow PRC's holidays
• Immediate available is preferred.

 Job Type : Full Time

 Working Days Per Week : 5 or 6 days (subject to workload)

 Working Hours : From 09:30 to 17:30

 Education Level : Certificate in Logistics related
