Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above, majoring in logistics, supply chain or legal is preferred
• 1 year experience in HK permit, license applications and process of strategic commodities desired
• Knowledge of HK Import and Export regulatory requirements is an asset
• Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Cantonese
• Fast learner and detail oriented

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing compliance support to ensure work compliance with legal and International standard requirements
• Verify information provided internally and handle licensing-related applications to the HKSAR Government’s Department in a timely manner to satisfy due dates and deadlines
• Perform  administrative maintenance of files & records and expedite the application status
• Facilitate and implement proactive compliance solutions of licensing control and handling procedures
• Support investigations and give other assistance necessary to address potential or actual violations
• Prepare materials and provide training of licensing handling process
• Assist in development and update of applicable compliance procedures and work instructions
• Act as a representative of company and communicate with Government’s Department on licensing issues
• Other duties as required
