Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E and LC documents and shipment booking independently
• Coordinate activities with various parties including factories, clients, and forwarders for delivery/shipment arrangement
• Update shipment status
• Assist in others in related to shipping matter
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in trading/manufacturing Company
• Good knowledge and experience in handling full set of I/E and LC documents including shipment booking and delivery/shipment arrangement
• A good team player, shelf-motivated, well organized, responsible, detail-minded, and able to work independently
• Proficient in PC skills including MS word, Excel and Outlook. etc.
• Good command of English, Chinese and  Mandarin
• Immediately available will be ands   advantage
