• Manage and analyze eCommerce operations (order processing, demand planning and forecasting, distributor management)
• Monitor key performance metrics, identify/ communicate potential problem areas and working with sales team/CS team/distributor to improve supply chain performance
• Identify opportunities, recommend strategy, and implement system changes or business process improvements to improve e-commerce operations
• Knowledge of data gathering through various software applications
• Manage remote support team
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS  

• Proficiency Excel Skills. MS Access and SharePoint designer skills are preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong organization and ability to prioritize work in fast paced work environment
• Knowledge of e-commerce supply chain and customer service
• Detail-oriented, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be able to work on a team as well as independently
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• BS/BA or University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar field
