Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Shipping duties: Liaise with overseas clients and China factories for shipment scheduling and order follow up. Handle full set of I/E shipping documents and customs declaration
- Assist merchandising duties eg. write sample orders and production orders to factories and monitor closely their progress from development till shipment
- Issue quotation, PO, invoice, packing list and maintain shipment records
- Willing to go to China
Job Requirements
- Use/write English and Mandarin daily.
- Good PC skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Fast and accurate typing.
- Responsible, self initiative, hard & serious working, willing to learn.
- F.5/F.7 or above with at least 3 years working experience
- Well-organized, systematic, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
