Job Duties

• To assist managing the spare parts warehouse efficiently and accurately;
• Maintain the stocks record update by the system accurately;
• Perform periodic the stock takes as per the procedures;
• Follow up spare parts delivery schedule;
• Maintain good housekeeping of the spare parts warehouse at all time;
• Prepare the updated monthly inventory report and all necessary documents;
• Perform ad. hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related studies;
• 1 year working in mechanical, electrical, electronic works or spare parts warehouse;
• Good working attitude, responsibility and team work spirit;
• Experience in using ERP or related inventory management system;
• Familiar with using Excel application;
•  Fresh graduate application will be considered.
