Purpose of the Job

As the Business Analyst at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you have to work and drive the OMT Tender process 

• Provide the best in class response to maximize the opportunity for the region and global;
• Develop the relationship with Products and other stakeholders on key tender projects;
• Act as a part of the focal point of OMT regional team;
• Work with and contribute to the processes that will enhance the OMT program;
• Interact with the counterpart of different BU to provide an unique customer driven solutions;
• Product Focus will be Airfreight and Seafreight with regular interaction with other Product Groups

Job Description

• Meet tender related targets and deadlines with quality customer driven solutions and responses;
• Manage and control the opportunity responses with the Regional OMT Head;
• Manage tender projects and work closely with Product, SAMs, GAMs, RAMs, NAMs, OMT and Industry Solution Heads;
• Responsible to support the OMT initiatives and Global OMT;
• Identify and report critical situation and performance failures;
• Identity and leverage disciplines to enhance the OMT tender management initiatives

 Requirement

• Degree holder or above with strong industry knowledge, either Air or Sea freight;
• Proven experience in Freight Forwarding, especially in Tender Management will be an asset;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Demonstrated analytical skills, analysis awareness and project management skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized;
• Flexible and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
