ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Check defective item from stores and maintain the defective item summary record
• Track defective item delivery status from store to office or warehouse physically and maintain the transfer in/out report
• Go to warehouse to do sampling QC when needed
• Reply regular questions from stores regarding to customer repair and store inventory repair ( repair charge / lead time/ repair status)
• Data entry for daily operations

 WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1-2 years logistics experience
• Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and good working attitude
• Experience in ERP system and proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel applications
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Fresh graduated will also be considered.
• Immediate available is highly desired
