Job description:

• Handle shipping documents and check and verify all shipment documents before sending out to customers/banks
• Preparation of L/C application including transferable L/C and L/C negotiation, collection
• Ensure orders they are handling will be shipped on time and complete
• Proactively resolve open issues on orders and efficiently track order status
• Maintaining a positive relationship with existing clients by providing quality service to clients
• Issue the invoice, handle paper work and filling job, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the office including mailing and courier arrangement, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and, arrange travel & hotel booking and etc.
• Coordinate with internal parties
• Other ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
• 5-day work

Job requirement:

• F.7 or above with minimum 1year shipping experience in handling shipments, booking, shipping declaration, L/C and so on. 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, willing to OT and accept under stress
